About me

What sets me a part from the rest, is that I have a broad understanding and knowledge of the technical side of what my candidates is actually doing. I have worked with recruitment for the last eight years, four of them solely focused on roles in the market of data and analytics. I also do live with a Data Scientist so both my professional and my personal life is all about discussions about predictive modelling, bayesian statistics and how cool Andrew Gellman is…

I am curious as a person and the one thing I appreciaste the most about this job is to learn about all the industries that uses data to improve their business.

I have a talent centric approach and this helps me build strong, long term relationships with both candidates and clients. For me service is everything and the essence of everything I do.


My background

I have worked with recruitment since 2010, starting off with in the very competitive market of consultant doctors. I was a part of starting up the psychiatrics department and after three years I got promoted to Business Area Manager of this area, managing a team of seven people. After two years doing that, I followed my partner to London pursuing our dream of living abroad.

That is when I started my career in data and analytics recruitment. I once again participated in starting up a business area, this time Data and Analytics recruitment in the Nordics sector for a major company. After a succesful year, me and my partner longed for Stockholm again and we decided to move back home. When settling in back here, I figured, why not start up something for myself this time!

That is when I started consulting by my self and has since then worked with both large and smaller companies across the Nordics. I have placed roles like Data Scientist to a telecom company, Insight Analyst to a publishing company and BI Consultant to a consulting company to mention a few.
